High pressure & gravity die casting
Our aluminium HPDC foundries run 19 die-casting machines from 180 to 900 tonnes, made by Buhler and YIZUMI.
Gravity die casting (GDC) is carried out at Shree Ganesh Engineering Works Unit 2, Pimpri, our HPDC & GDC foundry set up in 2022.
CNC machining
Our machining shops run 40 CNC turning centres and 41 vertical machining centres, supported by 5 robotic automation lines and a honing machine.
We machine aluminium castings, and bar-route and forged components in steel and aluminium, to finished, ready-to-assemble parts.
Shot blasting & powder coating
In-house surface finishing delivers coated, ready-to-fit parts. Castings are shot blasted, put through a SCADA-controlled pre-treatment process, powder coated and cured in a baking oven.
Leak testing & assembly
13 leak testing machines, including dry-type leak testers for cylinder blocks and manifolds, plus dedicated assembly lines. We supply tested sub-assemblies, not just parts.
